Hey ! Just came back from Thailand. Its a nice place to shop and dine at. Unfortunatly , din get to spend much time on shopping. Did a comprehensive research on Bangkok - city of shopping paradise,before setting off. But to great dismay , I missed out places like the Siam Square and BMK etc.Luckily , my relatives brought us to places that most tourists would miss out... that are the wholesale supplier shops .As the goods at these shops are much cheaper than those sold at Weekend market, we did not even bother to bargain and just bought what we like .At the end of these shopping trips, I was totally drained with fatigue. Frankly , i doubt many of us would know how to go to these places with cheap goods without the locals' help.

I am very fortunate to have the opportunity to visit and stay in the various provinces of Thailand within the 1 week .Its definitely a totally different lifestyle & culture experience . In all , I am definitely gg to return to Bangkok soon.

Exam is finally over ! For the past 2 weeks , stayed in the hostel to mug. Cancel all the activities.. for the sake of mugging. Too lazy even to go down to the canteen to have my meal and even paiseh my roomy to da bao for me. Luckily ... everything went smoothly. So relieved. no more burning midnight oil.. no more having those toilet trips in the mid of the nite.. worrying someone tailing me. Scary! For tat day of my last paper, i simply want to have a nice long sleep , but its weird to realise that the more i want to get a nice nap.. the more i cant close my eyes to rest.. maybe getting too excited with the coming activities..it is time for me to enjoy fruitfully and replenish my energy.. and do some catch up with pals.So in the end.. drag 3 full bags of dirty laundry ,waiting for Dad to fetch mi. TOO bad.. the weather is not cooperative.. keep raining.

Went back to school today to c my ex-colleagues. Feel so happy to meet them again.Cant believe that so many things have changed for the last few mths.Oh yar.. everyone is saying they like my hairstyle...hmm.. quite true I'm more suitable to have shorter hair... and its time for mi to have new look. Change for the better !

This is a true story that happens to someone I know. She is 42 yrs old Chinese .She holds a degree. She is a high-flier. Good pay with good criteria. She falls in love with this man who is a Tamil from Malaysia. Jobless. Wad ever he wants, the woman will give to him.NOW , they are cohabiting .. sharing the same bed.But when the guy's parent asks him whether he's gg to marry this lady.His answer is a firm "NO". People around persuade the woman to leave the guy.. for he's after her $$$.But her answer is also a firm "NO".
When I learnt this story. I was not surprised when she told me 5 mths ago that they are staying together.To some extent... I'm used to see couples tongju before marriage, even these have being a norm in hostel.Since that's not happening to mi... let them do whatever they want.. its none of my business.BUT... when I found out the age of this guy moments ago. I nearly fainted and really puzzled.Since knowing the guy is after her $$$.. y she's still so stubborn and stupid.. even she feels lonely..longing for someone to be her partner or whatever else... its still sound non-sensible... for the guy is ........................................23 yrs old.


Anyone knows how to speak Thai ? Pls teach me. Gotta to Thailand next mth to attend a cousin's wedding..but I cant even say a single word in Thai.

I miss home.
Finally finished my last essay for this sem . It is a relief. Realy cant imagine i can manage to write 10 pages for my Pychology Moldue essay.The longest assignment i even wrote. At the moment of penning down my last word, the world seems to freeze and my mind went blank.For that instant, I just want to pack my stuffs as fast as possible and go home. Being away from home for 1 week , I already start to miss my family and pals. The inkling thought of my family preparing my favourite dish, Dad & Mum wait for me,even my brothers who are so busy with their work , wait for mi for dinner ..the feeling is unbearable.


Gotta admit,this semester is super tight .. so far had finished 7 asssignments, 5 reflections and 8 presentations.Pray hard that the schedule for next semester wont be so taxing.

6 more days.. exam starts... YET SO MUCH to study.
All of us suddenly become. muggers.

Today is a Sunday ,most of us should still be in bed now . Unfortunately , i need to wake up at5am , just to finish my assignment ...
Since school started , it seems that the 24hr per day is insufficent for mi . Being busy with schwork ,clubs and tuitioning ,my weight seems to decrease 1 or 2 kg again.thought staying in hall should be a very fun fun thing , but rushing to and fro for tuitioning is depriving mi from most of the night activites and worst of all is my appointment with my dear ones . i feel so sad when every call is a rejection from mi .. arrgg.. realli dont like tis type of lifestyle , but the $40per hr of tuitioning fee is too tempting .. moreover its near my house .. so after getting a few kids .. the final sum at least can compensate for my meagre allowance. Read the HOME section from Straits Time yesterday and realise that at 35 and being a primary school teacher , his salary is just at 1.8k . THat's shocking for mi . though tt type of situation does not exist in many of us .. and i should never allow such scenerio to happen in my life.. so beside working hard .. planning for the future is so important .

When A & B has the same position in the same company with the same salary and bous , but have anyone thought of why A remains someone whom still struggle to make ends meet , yet B can go for holidays and life is a breeze for him after 20yrs or so ?

Pls smile :) Was taking my family photo shoot just now at Broadway . For that 20 minutes, i was just forcing myself to grin.Normally we wld smile so naturally, but with the multiple spotlights on..it definitely a tough job just to finish those shoots. Anyway, hope the outcome wld be extraordinary.

Went for the director talk this afternoon and surprisingly..met so many familiar faces . Jane must be equally stunned when she saw mi running after the shuttle bus. For nearly 4yrs, we had lost in touch and yet we met in ntu again. Guess wad.. her hostel room is just opp mine... so we're neighbours..haha..realli cant wait to move in .... we got so much to catch up.
with classmates and friends just a stone throw away from mine.. i pray hard my life wont get too astray and crazy.

The same dish i had taken for 2 c. days as I was sick for my lst 4days of the trip. But GZ is definitely a paradise for eating. i was spoilt for choices after my recovery. The place i lived. nice & comfortable with scenic view... but my fav pair of jeans was blew away by de strong breeze
can take a pic of these houses.. but duh ever think if owning one if u're not a multi-millionare.
These words are surely very inspiratual for mi.
